This hands-on workshop helps you shift out of blame-based patterns, diagnose systemic failure points, and apply simple tools to build your team’s follow-through... without harming relationships.
By the end of this workshop, you will:
- Recognize the unspoken norms — like avoidance or over-politeness — that quietly shape how accountability works in your team, and learn how to reset them. 
- Shift your mindset to one that supports accountability without blame or lack of empathy. 
- Know how to avoid getting sucked into the Victim-Villain-Hero cycle and how to have conversations that don’t harm relationships. 
- Identify exactly where accountability breaks down — and why — using a practical diagnostic tool. 
- Walk away with simple, effective tools you can use right away to address common accountability breakdowns. 
- Understand what real progress looks like: how small, focused improvements in the right places can build trust, morale, and momentum in your team. 
With a maximum of 15 participants, these 90-minute workshops are highly participative. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss challenges with peers and ask questions. At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a workbook and a copy of the slides.
